FUND RAISING: The silent auction and the boutique did very well at the retreat. No new fundraising ideas presented.
UNITY WITH DIVERSITY: Two groups still meeting. Mimi will encourage representation at C.O.L.A. meetings from those groups. Suzanne agreed to contact Young People’s meeting.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
Request from WSO for $10 donation per group to help fund the board. Mimi moved for C.O.L.A. to pay the donation for the groups. Alane seconded. Motion passed.
2nd addition of OA stories- submission deadline is January 15, 2012.
2012 Budget-Desmond to prepare for January meeting.
Bylaws revision-to be completed next month.
NEW BUSINESS:
February 25th Unity Day. Suzanne offered to speak with the Thank God There’s a Sunday Meeting about sponsoring an event. The intergroup meeting will be changed to that date. Mardi Gras parades need to be considered in planning.
