Cynthia inquired about whether WSO has contacted the White House about OA. Amy to contact WSO. Mimi will download The Kid’s View of the Twelve Steps.

Ann bought up Region 8 free website. Mimi moved to wait until after the convention in July 2010. Dianne seconded. Need someone to help set up the site.

2010 April 26-May 1, 2010 49th WSBC Business Conference in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Theme:”Half a Century=One World of Growth.” Cheryl moved that we send a delegate to the WS business conference if the delegate is willing to be re-imbursed after the July convention finances have been reconciled. Amy seconded the motion. Motion passed 6-5.

UNFINISHEDS BUSINESS-Lane set up tour of hotel today. She is back to hotel liaison because she is on the contract. Mimi is working on the final program. Tom and Ellen presented music samples for entertainment. Houma
volunteered to provide service in the boutique. Amy to chair Boutique and Hospitality. Cheryl requested that members collect beads for decorations. Entertainment was discussed. Friday night skit, Saturday night banquet with Cloggers and DJ for dancing.
